CLIMATE

The entire coast of the Costa Blanca, where the town of Dénia is located, has a unique microclimate and thanks to the coast mountains, there is minimal rainfall and over 300 sunny days a year. These are the most favorable climatic conditions on the European continent, similar to the conditions in the Canary Islands.

BEACHES

The coast of Dénia is more than 20 km long. There are sandy beaches spreading from the harbor to the north with a gradual entrance to the sea, sometimes transitioning into pebble beaches. It is ideal for swimming and for windsurfing or kitesurfing. There are also many playgrounds for beach volleyball and football. The southern part of the coast of Les Rotes, on the other hand, is rocky with small pebble beaches. This area is visited by fansof a more wild nature. Divers will also find great conditions in these clear waters. You can walk to Les Rotes along the sea and the cobbled promenade, sometimes alternating with a stony road. This route is ideal for walking with a stroller, jogging or cycling. You will see rocky cliffs in the front at the end of the route, which hide the nudist beach of La Cala.
